1. 30-Day Return Window for Unused Parts

• Unused, unopened parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
• Item must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.

2. Warranty Coverage

• Non-service, non-consumable parts (e.g., chair arms, delivery system components, foot controls): 1-year replacement warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
• Consumable and maintenance items (e.g., filters, door gaskets, bulbs, O-rings): 90-day replacement warranty.

3. Electronic & Electrical Parts

Once opened or installed, these items are eligible for replacement under warranty only—no cash refunds. This ensures hygiene and safety standards are maintained for sensitive components.

4. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

• Contact us at support@yesdentalparts.com with your order number, part description, and clear photos of the item/issue.
• We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
