    YES Dental Parts warrants this heating element to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Premature electrical failure under normal operating conditions
    • Thread or terminal defects not caused by installation damage
    What Is Not Covered
    • Improper installation
    • Overheating caused by dry firing or low water conditions
    • Damage from incorrect voltage or wiring
    • Scale buildup or poor water quality
    • Normal wear or cosmetic damage
    • Labor costs, service calls, or consequential damages
    Warranty Claim Process

    If a defect is suspected:

    1. Contact YES Dental Parts with your order number.
    2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.
    3. If approved, return the part for inspection.


    Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion after inspection confirms a manufacturing defect.

    This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
